How can I order?

Merchandise orders are placed online or visit  one of our retail stores.

You do not have to register to the site, you can purchase as a guest user.

Once you’ve added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, checkout your order and select a shipping and payment option.

Emails will be sent confirming orders and shipping. Please check your Junk / Spam folder should you not receive any notification from us.

The shipping confirmation contains your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.

How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment:

Payfast wich includes: Debit / Credit Card / Instant EFT / RCS Store Cards / Mobicred / QR Code Apps

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Bank Deposit

Please use your order number as a reference when making EFT / Bank Deposit payments.

How is my order sent?

  • Door to Door Courier Major Centers (1 – 2 Business Days)  (depending on time / day of collection, if picked up today it’s usually delivered around 11:00 the next day)
  • Postnet to Postnet (2 – 3 Business days)
  • Pudo Locker / Door delivery (1-4 Business days) Parcel is delivered to a locker of your choice. Lockers are open 24/7, day and night, at selected locations, so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you.
  • Door to Door Courier Outlying area (3 – 5 Business Days) (delivery time depends on the day your area is serviced by the courier) (additional charges may apply)
  • Door to Door Courier (2 – 4 Business Days) Bulk Orders

Do you do international orders?

Unfortunately due to issues with the South African Post Office we are not able to post international orders at this time.

Please contact us to arrange a quote for international courier delivery.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Should you need to return any items, please contact our office for the return address.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?

Insert your coupon code into the space provided during checkout and click apply. Be sure to check that the discount has been applied before continuing to the payment.
