How can I order?

Merchandise orders are placed online or visit  one of our retail stores.

You do not have to register to the site, you can purchase as a guest user.

Once you’ve added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, checkout your order and select a shipping and payment option.

Emails will be sent confirming orders and shipping. Please check your Junk / Spam folder should you not receive any notification from us.

The shipping confirmation contains your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.

How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment:

Please use your order number as a reference when making EFT / Bank Deposit payments.

How is my order sent?

  • SA Post Office – Counter to Counter (5 – 10 Business Days) (A notification card is sent to your address and then you collect from your post office)
  • Door to Door Courier Major Centers (1 – 2 Business Days)  (depending on time / day of collection, if picked up today it’s usually delivered around 11:00 the next day)
  • Door to Door Courier Outlying area (3 – 5 Business Days) (delivery time depends on the day your area is serviced by the courier) (additional charges may apply)
  • Door to Door Courier (2 – 4 Business Days) Bulk Orders
  • International Shipping – (SA Postal Service 7 – 14 working days)

Do you do international orders?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Once you have placed items into your cart you will be required to “checkout” the order.

During the checkout process you will be required to select a shipping method. The shipping fee gets calculated automatically depending on the weight of the products in your cart and your location.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

SMS: the tracking number of the parcel to 35277 and you will receive an SMS with the location of the parcel Email: your tracking number to if you cannot find your parcel.

Once your parcel has arrived at the post office take your tracking number and ID document to collect. Please note that this is a counter to counter postal service and should your parcel not be claimed within 30 days it will be sent back to our warehouse.

How do I return or exchange an item?
